This should have been a 5-star review. My experience with this dentistry office is as a patient advocate. At the first appointment, my client and I were impressed in every way: Dr L*** and staff are trauma-informed, gentle, courteous, and practiced in accessible in-person communication. Dr L*** put together a treatment plan for my client with clear information for proceeding forward. Then... nothing, despite my client and myself both reaching out repeatedly.
