I'm originally from St Petersburg and this DMV is completely different in a good way the people there are extremely nice wait times are almost nothing and if you have any questions they know the answer to them or know how to get you an answer. It's really refreshing to go to the DMV and have an easy experience.
Well they changed my ID number when I renewed my license they didn’t tell me to tell the insurance or anything just found out week later so thanks for being sorry ppl

I try not to come here unless absolutely necessary, but every experience I’ve had at the Chiefland branch over the past 8-9 years has been terrible. The staff is unfriendly, unhelpful, and treat you like a total inconvenience. It’s clear that customer service and basic politeness are not priorities here. Honestly, the staff needs to be replaced with people who actually want to serve the public. I think it says a lot about the Tax Collector for allowing this to continue and represent our county.
