This review is for the office, not the doctor. I have been trying to pay my bill for over 2 months with no success. I keep getting notifications in the mail which have no ability to pay online so I call the office and they don't pick up or their answering service says they are busy and will take a message and then don't call back. I have received over 4 notifications now stating "SERIOUSLY PAST DUE" with no ability to pay this bill without physically mailing a slip and cc info/check. It's 2024, get digital!
I had a fantastic experience at Dr Djenderedjian's office. Most important, he is professional and down to earth. He listened to my problem and helped guide me through my choices. He comes to solutions WITH the patient, which is very refreshing after several "let's just do it" approaches I encountered with other specialists. Highly recommend. Thank you, doctor!
Dr. DJ is easy to work with as his predecessor Dr. Drucker and the whole staff. The scheduling for my cataract surgery was excellent.
