I am fairly new to this dental office and was leary at first but they have proven to be outstanding to me. Dr Gigilio is fantastic and is very pleasant to deal with and has no problem taking the time out to answer my questions and even show me examples if need be. I used to feel nervous about visiting the dentist, but not with the folks at Albany Dental Team. Doctor Dan filled a cavity in my wisdom tooth, which was in a difficult spot, and it was (mostly) painless; their attention to detail is outstanding. I appreciated how they made sure I couldn’t tell the difference between the enamel and the epoxy filling.
The entire practice is incredibly professional, friendly, and well-organized. Dr. Callahan is truly the best dentist I have ever met. He is extremely patient and always takes the time to explain every detail to me. He can probably sense my fear and insecurity about having “bad teeth,” yet he never shows judgment—only respect, kindness, and genuine care.
