Incompetent, indifferent to patients people work in the appointment scheduling/referrals department. Long story short, they've been giving me turnaround for three weeks to make an appointment, since they couldn't retrieve medical records for my daughter from our previous gastro, so when I finally did their job myself- I called a doctor, made sure they have sent the records to this office, they tell me that the nearest available appointment is in JULY!
