Charles Mier made my buying and selling a home a wonderful experience. He was so very kind and helpful as well as having a vast knowledge of the real estate world. Working with him was a delight! He has excellent “people skills” and his sense of humor helped me relax and have a good laugh when I was feeling overwhelmed! Besides all that he is a devoted Christian and actually prays for his clients. That meant so much to me. I sold my home within 3 days! I would certainly recommend him to anyone!
First off the realtor never did what we wanted on the deal to purchase the home and she never wanted to show it only on her time. Also, we were left with a big mess of furniture to move because she wouldn’t ask the previous owner to move it also we inherited some cockroaches along the way now that we have to spray for so no, I would not recommend her or her realtor company
Levin Rinke Realty and Kelly and Sheri provided excellent service. Very professional, prompt communication and always with a smile. I have used them 4 times in the last dozen years.
Karen Krasnosky with Levin Rinke has been helping my family for years. She gets involved with every single step of the process, going above and beyond to get us the greatest deals and make everything simple. Buying and selling a home can be very stressful, but Karen takes it all off of your plate. Communicating with all other parties, helping coordinate repairs and insurance, and dealing with banks and finances… She does it all with a kind and helpful attitude, and is immensely talented. We cannot recommend her enough!
