Were always responsive, property was clean and well run.
Great Management team. Responded to work orders promptly. They were very helpful and reliable.
The management team is SO amazing. They respond quickly and would typically have someone come fix whatever I needed same day or within 1 day. They are super accommodating to any needs that I had, and truly just want to make your experience working with them great. I could not say enough good things.
Perfect landlords!! They did a great job and were always very communicative. The easiest people I’ve worked with. Super glad to have them, and would definitely recommend and work with them again.
Great experience renting from Perkins- payments were streamlined on their app and they were always quick on the response should an issue arise. Was moving out of state, otherwise I would have continued to rent from them. Highly recommend!
