I too was suckered in my their insurance guarantee and then when I read the fine print really nothing is covered, everything was excluded. You would think a couch would last more than 3 years, we take good care of our stuff but this microfiber rubbed off like a bald person looses their hair. Lots of yelling later we still aren't happy. Hard to recommend. Our dining room furniture is made of pine or something crappy too, constantly dealing with stripped bolts and wobbly legs, this is all made in china type stuff, not much bet... read more
