I have seen Dr. Levin for 30 years. He will be retiring this December. He has been a fantastic dentist and even a better person since I have been going to his practice. He is incredibly competent, but more than that, he is a wonderful person. He is patient, kind, funny, and always answers my questions in a clear and concise fashion. Dr. Levin and his staff are personable, skilled, and very efficient. I couldn't ask for more in a dentist!
Their office administrator is a mess. When I first made the appointment they said my insurance was covered. It was not. I didn’t find out until I received a bill 3 months later for $578. My insurance only paid $241. They promised me they would adjust the bill and only charge the amount my insurance paid, but they still went ahead and charged me the full amount. I have talked to them numerous times, and they say one thing and do another. Now I need to get a refund for the overcharging, with no hope they will follow through on... read more
Very competent and great bedside manner. Staff are efficient and polite too. Wholeheartedly recommended!
Honestly, Dr Levin is the dentist everyone wished they had. Warm, welcoming, transparent. Dr Levin knows his stuff and I have never felt so comfortable at the dentist ever.
