I haven’t received my beautiful new chest of drawers yet . I’m glad that I only have to wait a few days for it thanks to Levin’s speedy delivery . My salesperson was Daniel . He was a pleasure . Friendly , professional , helpful , and no pressure . And the furniture there is beautiful .
I wish I could give 0 stars. If you want furniture that only lasts a year, this is your place! All of our cushions are breaking down and uncomfortable, they almost all have holes forming in them, and the wooden frame is so uncomfortable that we can only sit on certain parts of the couch at this point. We paid for the platinum protection plan and it doesn't do ANYTHING. We got one cushion replaced and a month later it had holes in it again. Since Levin refuses to reach out and at least apologize, im posting what I wrote to them and for you to beware of their terrible customer service. "My wife, her parents, and I bought a sectional sofa from the Robinson store on Sunday May 17th. We dealt with you're saleswoman Sue, who was wonderful!
