Jennie at the front desk was friendly and helpful —delightful to interact with. Sabrina was an excellent tech who explained what was going to happen before each test and process so I knew what to expect. She was delightful to interact with. Dr. Marcic answered all my questions ( I had a few) about cataracts and glaucoma, so I left feeling reassured and knowledgeable about the state of my eyes. They do a great job !!They take care of my mom's eye care needs.
Got an appt for an urgent problem misdiagnosed by UMMC outpatient clinic. They took care of me and explained evertything. They made sure I had no corneal abrasions and LISTENED to what I had thought was an injury. They have done laser surgery on my eyes there and it was EASY! This is a great group!
Nice office and staff! Very satisfied with each visit I have.Dr Shallaby is a very nice man and very efficient.
