I have been a patient with the Levin Group since the Perry Hall office first opened. After moving out of state, I recently returned, and my experience has remained excellent. The entire team is outstanding—from the welcoming and accommodating front desk staff to the skilled technician and Dr. Stone, who was truly wonderful. I highly recommend this group for all your eye care needs.
Jennie at the front desk was friendly and helpful —delightful to interact with. Sabrina was an excellent tech who explained what was going to happen before each test and process so I knew what to expect. She was delightful to interact with. Dr. Marcic answered all my questions ( I had a few) about cataracts and glaucoma, so I left feeling reassured and knowledgeable about the state of my eyes. All the ladies there are awesome they go over and beyond to make u feel so welcome. Dr Stone is awesome she had recommended me to go to hospital for my eye wand up being admitted. But the first time hospital didn’t listen to her recommendations on the paper the first time so I was not giving IV antibiotics that Dr Stone recommended so I wand up back there admitted because the hospital didn’t follow the direction recommended so after Dr Stone found out I was admitted she called me on my cell phone to make sure I was ok and I ... read more
I am being scheduled for cataract surgery in both eyes. Dr Shalaby and everyone there has been great. I can rest assured that I am sure that I will receive the best of care from Levin Eye Care.
Man most unprofessional business. I was waiting for someone to call with my surgery time. No call...so I called them and they canceled my surgery . No call. No email...nothing. Then 2 months before this i called to verify my appointment. They said the doctor you have a appointment with does not accept your insurance 😒. So whoever verified my insurance set me up with a doctor who did NOT ACCEPT my insurance. Had to make a whole another appointment. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
