Had a problem with an online order and Jen was the one who picked up the phone. She was absolutely WONDERFUL and helped solve it
Bought 7 pairs of pants mostly 501s in a span of 2 days. Last 2 pairs I bought I remembered they give law enforcement discount, so I asked but the older heavy set lady refused to honor the discount and claimed for u.s only meanwhile all the other cashiers at the same store honor my badge everytime I make a purchase as well as adidas, under armor, oakley to name a few. I came here and usually go right for the clearance rack & being postpartum not being able to get into my Levi’s anymore I needed to get new jeans. I typically go for my old “style” until I worked with Hannah .. she was so sweet. Started up a convo w me about the shaping straight jeans being popular and comfortable. Instantly tried them on.
