I have had chronic backaches for years. However, after 6 weeks of thermal water therapy at Levi, I am able to get up from a chair or the bed with limited to no pain. I loved exercising in the pool without my usual body weight on my hips and knees. Also, a member of the staff showed me better ways to do housework in order to diminish the pressure on my lower back. The staff were kind and knowledgeable.
