Wonderful staff members 😊
Who would think it would be a pleasure to visit the dentist? I've always had a good experience here, from the front office, to the hygienists, to the Dentists. Everyone is friendly and puts you at ease. The professional staff is top-notch and caring. When my husband had a dental emergency on a weekend, the day before we were leaving on a vacation, Dr. Leverenz met him at the office to take care of the problem. I highly recommend this Dental Practice..
You need to cutback on appointment reminders
A broken tooth led me to Dr. Leverenz and two weeks later, I had a new crown. Dr. Leverenz and his staff are very respectful of my time; they run a very efficient dental practice. I highly recommend.
5 stars plus! Everyone always makes me feel welcome.
I have been getting my dental care done here for years with excellent care, extremely fun/personable staff who make you feel welcome and "at home." Never have to wait in office and scheduling an appointment is fast, easy and any conflicts are quickly resolved. Fantastic service and experience every time I go all around...5 stars well deserved!
Simply the best. Everyone was very pleasant and the team seems very upbeat and professional. However, I did not get to take a toy from the treasure chest (would be looking for a cold beer if I had).
We started coming to this office when we moved to St Clair Shores over 20 years ago. We now have 3 generations coming here. This office is always on time with compassionate staff. Very highly recommended!
The offices uses text messaging and email, in addition to phone calls. This covers every patient, accordingly. Cool!
