Useless customer service. Unbelievably high shipping costs and a new "feature" on their website is an automated "concierge" that adds items you don't want as "recommended" and one must go back and uncheck them or they get added to the cart. ... One item I ordered was "backordered" with a replenishment date of the day BEFORE I ordered; yet that still delayed that item shipping. Used to be a good site/place to get items; now I recommend people look for other sources!!
I am very disappointed in Levenger's website and the difficulty applying discounts and rewards that they offer. If any product in my shopping cart has a discount, I cannot use my rewards that accumulate from prior purchases. These rewards expire every 6 months, also. In addition, if I have items from clearance or on sale (without a discount code), and then I apply a Levenger discount code, all items in my shopping cart get the rate of the discount code. A company that stands behind their Levenger brand products. You can't beat the quality matched with their product warranty. The best customer service I've received in years. I will forever be a long time customer.
"Levenger Company" has: excellent products, good Customer Service, unique items for making an office space functional, and fair prices. At one point, I owned a cherry and glass fully rotational bookcase from "Levenger"-- it held many a' book. I still have a "Levenger" heavy brass lamp, modelled on NYC Library system, of the 1800's. The lamp is both stylish and very functional. It travels with me wherever I go in my life's journey. (Photo and short video attachments uploaded).
