My first and last visit to Levelz was a complete disappointment. Barber Ron sat me in the chair, walked off for over 10 minutes without a word, and then came back to start the cut as if nothing happened. When he finally did get started, his constant profanity and lack of professionalism made the experience uncomfortable. On top of that, the haircut itself was terrible.
