I came at for my 10 am appointment on Saturday October 5th. No one was in the office. We waited almost half an hour before the lady arrived. That’s so unprofessional. Another lady told me she’s been here before and they are always late. That’s insane.

Today 12/08/23 was my 2nd time here. I walked in before 5pm for a covid test, antibodies and it was empty. I waited a few mins before someone came to the front. I signed in and was called. The MA I didn't get her name was friendly. She couldn't find my vein which normally is the case but doctors often can find it after its attempted. She called the PA who said it was too small and said she can draw it through my wrist. I refused as I never got blood drawn from anywhere else. The receptionist is never at the entrance, I went to take a quick test and it lasted 1 hour while she looked at the computer and talked on the phone.

They took my appointment for 8AM 11/06 Mon yet opened at 8.35AM. During all that time I was running around the neighborhood to see if there’s any other place to get a quick covid test and still make it to work on time. When they finally opened - they informed me that my plan is “out-of-network”, something I could have been informed of the day before when I was making this appointment to begin with.
