I have never made a negative review but had to share this one. After making an 8:00 am appointment, (the office opens at 8:00 am) no one was in the office, door locked & no one answers the phone. I waited 40 minutes, called numerous times & finally left. Terrible way to operate an urgent care office. I would not recommend to anyone. If possible to give no stars, I would.
Went there to get seen (5min tops) but they never sent my prescription to the pharmacy. Called multiple times. They keep saying I dont know what happened and will send it by today. Nothing. Then they stick you with a $165 bill. Don’t go here.
I’ve been here three times already and it has always been a wonderful experience ❤️ Love the providers and kind staff.
$600 FLU SHOTS are offered at this facility. SCAM? I visited Emerson location with my daughter in April to get a flu shot which was needed for a school trip. We called them before and we were told it’s not a problem. The receptionist took my insurance card (United Healthcare thru employer) and said nothing about this facility being out of network. After my daughter got her flu shot, I was asked to pay $75 copay ( $25 more than is stated on my card). I paid after the receptionist offered an elaborate explanation to this odd r... read more
