I recently had Julian from Level Up Plumbing Inc. come out to my house to look at my Takagi tankless water heater that was acting up. I had a new water heater installed by another licensed plumbing company. After only 2 months that water heater stopped working. The original plumber ghosted me after he already got paid in full to install the new water heater. He promised 1 year labor warranty. 2 months later he was nowhere to be found.
