The staff are extremely professional and supportive. Lacy has been a constant reinforcement for my mental health journey. She has asked the tough questions and put the responsibility for my own health on me while encouraging success throughout my experience with her. She is open and direct and has made the whole process of getting healthy feel more like a casual conversation between friends rather than a stress filled appointment.
Understanding & patient. Very compassionate and integrative. They look at the person as a whole and are nonjudgmental.
Welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment. They meet you where you are at, and work on tools to help manage day-to-day life. They are not judgmental, but rather are caring, genuine, and supportive. I also love all the plants. They show a sign of life even on hard days. Lacy has been an amazing to work with through many years and continues to impress me. Her experience in helping people process their trauma has exceeded any expectations I had.
The BEST therapists and environment in town. The changes I have seen since working with Lacy are nothing short of extraordinary. She is the most intentional and understanding person working in the most welcoming and homey office. I could not recommend her and her staff enough!
