I've been to therapy since I was a kid. It took 20 years but I finally found such an amazing one! Level up has helped me in so many ways. My therapist is beyond kind and considerate and is so good at explaining why things are and isn't judgemental or talks over me and they are consistent with you. I was able to see her every week not whenever an available time was. I am forever grateful for this place and the providers in it!!! I have GAD, Panic disorder, OCD, manic depression and PTSD.
The staff are extremely professional and supportive. Lacy has been a constant reinforcement for my mental health journey. She has asked the tough questions and put the responsibility for my own health on me while encouraging success throughout my experience with her. She is open and direct and has made the whole process of getting healthy feel more like a casual conversation between friends rather than a stress filled appointment.
Understanding & patient. Very compassionate and integrative. They look at the person as a whole and are nonjudgmental.
