Im a bit torn. On the one hand, I love this place. It's where I first learned to play magic with my da when I was like 11. On the other the trade in for cash is such a rip off. Better than CM games but thats not saying much. I traded in a full Eldrazi precon sleeved, boxed and everything coz I was desperate for gas money and in a bad situation and only got about 30 bucks for it. I come in the next week and they're selling it for damn near sealed price. I get that yall have a business to run but c'mon man that just aint cool
Normally my experience with this store is fine. Nothing special. But tonight was a completely miserable experience due to staff that was completely unavoidable. Their prize support is normally almost competitive. But tonight without any prior warning or explanation it was gutted to basically non-existent. Magic is expensive enough as it is, but this was unconscionable. There might be many reasons why they barely had enough people to fire off a draft, but they now have 1 less person willing to go there.
Awesome shop. The customer service is always above and beyond. This is how customer service should be.
