The store owner was rude and deceptive.
Very disappointed with both the product and customer service from Level Up Supply. I purchased three jars of Gemely Builder Gel based on the information provided on their website. After using the product on multiple clients, I experienced severe lifting and complete gel separation, something I have never encountered in 13 years as a nail technician. I trusted the staff’s recommendation for my nail colour and ended up receiving a completely different shade than what I originally asked for. I reached out hoping for a solution, but because it had been close to a month, (April 14 to May 11) they refused any refund or exchange without considering that the mistake came from their recommendation. Really disappointing customer service and lack of accountability.
