I trusted the staff’s recommendation for my nail colour and ended up receiving a completely different shade than what I originally asked for. I reached out hoping for a solution, but because it had been close to a month, (April 14 to May 11) they refused any refund or exchange without considering that the mistake came from their recommendation. Really disappointing customer service and lack of accountability.
