The president of the company failed to follow the manufacturers instructions for applying Hacker Gypspan in my house. He applied (poured) the material over new insulation and radiant heating. The cracks that developed are now moving vertically as well as horizontally. All of the crack isolation membranes on the market protect against horizontal movement, but not vertical.
