I've had a level sleep mattress for over a month. I requested a return on the 30th day I owned it (the first day a return was allowed) because the mattress was causing me and my wife severe back pain. This is by far the worst mattress I have ever slept on. To make things worse, I can’t get a response from their returns team. I’ve emailed 5 times since I requested the return, over the last 5 days, and I’ve heard nothing back other than an offer to refund $200 if I keep the mattress.
