Tricia has cut my hair for years, many of my friends. I’ve taken my kids and my girlfriend now sees her as she is very talented. Wonderful experience every time.
The salon itself is clean, welcoming, and has such a great vibe. The other stylists are friendly and professional, and it always feels like a positive space to be in. But Teresa is truly the best. She really listens to me and takes my concerns seriously. Instead of criticizing my hair (which some stylists unfortunately do), she thoughtfully considers everything and offers the best solutions. I stumbled upon Level Seven Salon when searching for a new salon in Bothell. I used another salon in the area and due to some price increases ($120+ over what I used to pay) I was searching for a new colorist/stylist. Today i had Andrya fix my hair after Rhonda didn't do the color right. Andrya sat with me to discuss what we could do i showed her the pic i wanted and she not only fixed it but made it look perfect. 3 weeks ago I was super depressed from what Rhonda did, Andrya invited me in free of charge to get what I asked for. I have been very fortunate to have my hair colored and highlighted by Tricia many times. I highly recommend her for any hair services. Tricia has always been easy to discuss color with, and I have been extremely happy with the results. I like a natural look and regularly have received so many compliments about the color. Level Seven Salon is a very warm, relaxing setting for any hair services and parking has always been easy.
