Very effective workout, motivating atmosphere, knowledgeabl,, friendly, and supportive instructors. I'm so glad I found it! I went the first time with a group and liked it so much that I joined! LRB gives me the workout and support I didn't know I needed.
Level Red has been a great experience so far! I've taken classes with a few different instructors, and they have different styles, but everyone has been helpful and supportive. It's a great workout and it's been easy to modify things as needed. I love that there's a variety of class lengths and times, even at 6am!
Love love love Level Red Boxing. Finally took the leap a few months ago to try a class. I’ve been going once a week since due to living further north. Erin was super helpful after my first class. She reached out the following day to see if I had any questions and thank us for joining. All of the instructors are great. Seeing as we don’t have a consistent day to go we’ve rotated through a handful. They all have their own unique style and vibe which I love. Great workout for the morning, afternoon, or evening! Flexible options for timings as well as class length. Staff are super friendly, would highly recommend considering as your primary cardio gym!
Level Red is so fun, highly recommend Erin and the rest of the staff!
