Love this place, really fun and great for beginners too!
Very effective workout, motivating atmosphere, knowledgeabl,, friendly, and supportive instructors. I'm so glad I found it! I went the first time with a group and liked it so much that I joined! LRB gives me the workout and support I didn't know I needed.
Level Red has been a great experience so far! I've taken classes with a few different instructors, and they have different styles, but everyone has been helpful and supportive. It's a great workout and it's been easy to modify things as needed. I love that there's a variety of class lengths and times, even at 6am!
Love love love Level Red Boxing. Finally took the leap a few months ago to try a class. I’ve been going once a week since due to living further north. Erin was super helpful after my first class. She reached out the following day to see if I had any questions and thank us for joining. All of the instructors are great. Seeing as we don’t have a consistent day to go we’ve rotated through a handful. They all have their own unique style and vibe which I love.
