The ladies over at Level One Bank in Sterling Heights was nothing short of amazing with communication and execution of the SBA loans. We reached out to banks to help with PPP loans and no one would help unless you were big business with payroll exceeding 100,000 or you were already a member. Their customer service went above and beyond and I cannot say thank you enough.

I sent Amy Converse from the Rochester location many of my friends and clients for help applying for the PPP loan. I have been dealing with Level One Bank as a customer for almost a year now. Every time I go in the branch I get fast service and the employees are always super helpful.
