The transition from Ann Arbor State Bank to Level One has not been fun. The log in instructions didn’t work, & even if they had — they were not accurate. Also, does level one have a plan to ensure Ann Arbor state bank clients will get their cares act stimulus money on time? Since it will be distributed virtually via last years IRS bank info, all A2SB clients will be forced to have their checks mailed to them.
