Great business products-the service level from the lending department is unheard of in banking until now with Level One bank. Their personal accounts are automatically great just because they have free options and nationwide free ATMs for my personal checking account.
I will never recommend this bank. I tried working with a gentleman named Steve Parker one of the worse banking experiences I have ever had. they took 460.00 dollars from me that won't get back then try tell me I owe 40.00 dollars after told them I'm not doing a loan with them. the branch manager named Brad is no better either. Met with Level, impressive counseling in the order of direction that reason communication, but time management is the peace maker.
I was really rooting for CWHL in the contest, but I think that the way it was handled was awesome. All of the organizations are deserving.
I have to agree with the other two most recent reviewers. This contest was shared far and wide and people worked hard at putting DDR over the top. Not fair to change the rules after the fact. Not fair at all.
