my floor joist was dry rotted and sagging about 3 inches over a 12 fot expanse. received a quote for $5660.00 to replace all joists. and place a central beam that was not there in the initial house construction. I said do it. they showed up at 7:30 am with 6 workers. the work done was exceptional. they had all work done before noon and all is within a sixteenth of an inch of perfect.
