ZERO STAR! It is the WORST service and the most INCOMPETENCE of management capacity.
Poor management company. Poor communication with Board of directors. Lack of follow through with commitments and complaints. Don’t walk, run from this management company if you are an HOA looking to do business.
If I could rate this company zero stars,I would.Level Community Management is the definition of incompetence.They ignore maintenance requests,fail to respond to emails and no idea how to manage a Community Association HOA properly.Do not waste your time on this company, you will regret your decision.
This was the second time I visited the level management office. Each time I was greeted with a smile from Jennifer who works at the front desk. She went out of her way to help me solve my problems finding what I needed online. She is Patient and even writing things down so that I would know next time how to do it myself. So helpful and professional.
