I just called them for their hours of operation. Current office hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Bad service they don’t know what they doing,they act like she is the owner of our property , they have no respect to listen,she forgot she just a service worker, we are paying for her to work .
Definitely rude employees. I was trying to find out why the community manager would not fill out a standard form for our buyer who is not an investor and was fully approved by their lender on a conventional loan. The form is a standard form submitted to all Hoa's, never an issue with an HOA before this, and they charged our $500 to fill out the form and are now refusing to do so, holding up our buyer's closing for them and the seller! Horrible customer service, should be negative stars!
Atrocious management company. Special shoutout to my girl Erika who took two months (numerous email follow-ups and phone calls) to forward an email to the board re: a bug infested dead tree in our front yard, numerous dead shrubs, and a water issue at my property.
