The info I requested from them was completely wrong and still had a previous management company listed as our property managemrnt team. We still have not been given the information requested. Between this company and associa, i am not sure who is worse.
Living in this community has been a frustrating experience. Level Pro Management seems more focused on enforcing petty rules than actually improving the quality of life for residents. They’ve hired security guards, not for protection or safety, but to drive around the neighborhood and put violation stickers on everyone’s cars — even when there’s no real issue. All employees are rude…! Not one of the issues gets resolved. Properties look abandoned.
Absolute useless garbage company. Nobody can be reached by phone. Disclaimers run endlessly but no real person will pick up. They have no business being in business. The worst of the Las Vegas Management Companies.
I can’t believe I pay over $200 and they can’t even respond to my emails. My last question/request took them over 5days to get a response. Only one person has ever been nice at the front desk, everyone else has been rude and condescending, I dread calling or showing up because of how unpleasant all the interactions are.
