I can’t believe I pay over $200 and they can’t even respond to my emails. My last question/request took them over 5days to get a response. Only one person has ever been nice at the front desk, everyone else has been rude and condescending, I dread calling or showing up because of how unpleasant all the interactions are.
I just called them for their hours of operation. Current office hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Bad service they don’t know what they doing,they act like she is the owner of our property , they have no respect to listen,she forgot she just a service worker, we are paying for her to work .
Definitely rude employees. I was trying to find out why the community manager would not fill out a standard form for our buyer who is not an investor and was fully approved by their lender on a conventional loan. The form is a standard form submitted to all Hoa's, never an issue with an HOA before this, and they charged our $500 to fill out the form and are now refusing to do so, holding up our buyer's closing for them and the seller! Horrible customer service, should be negative stars!
