No bueno. Did not provide adequate signage for street construction permit, and blames pedestrians and passers by. Superintendent was complete jerk to public. If you had set up the site signage and taping correctly people would have walked around your work area. Blaming public and the City for approving the work plan and permit, and then it failing proves your incompetence. All you needed was a couple more sidewalk closed signs and some exclusion taping.
