I've been working on and off with Dr Trammel for several years and the insight and knowledge he has given me for my golf game has been priceless.He has completely rebuilt my thought process and refocused me onto goals instead of expectations and as a result the anxiety levels standing over any particular shot have been greatly diminished. Dr. Trammel was an open ear for me to vent and speak to since our first meeting. He helped me get back on my feet mentally, as well as find confidence in myself again. Through our meetings I saw my athletic and mental performance take huge steps in advancing both physically and mentally. He helped me find an edge about myself during competition and also helped me have confidence in myself in anything that I do. Prior to finding Dr. Trammel we had all but given up that anyone could help our son over come his emotional and mental struggles in baseball. Our son was 11 at the time, but had been struggling since the age of 8! Dr. Trammel played a big part in my professional golf career. He was able to help create a process that was easy to follow to help me get out of my own way. If you are an athlete and want an edge on the competition and to improve your performance I would highly recommend investing in the services provided by Level 3 Sports!
