(From 6 years ago) Omar and team are fantastic! I emailed through Yelp after hours and got a phone call within 10 minutes and a truck showed up 90 minutes later. They replaced 2 springs and adjusted the overall door- saving me hours of staying home from work waiting. Highly recommend! (From March 2025) - Still excellent! I texted on a Sunday, they were there on Monday early afternoon. Recommended upgraded springs and new rollers. Very easy payment with Zelle. I actually hope I will see them again!

Omar and his team at Level 10 overhead Door are great examples of how business is done right. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I have used twice, once in 2019 where I changed my whole system, and today (Feb 2025) to replace the springs on our garage door. Highly recommended
