So after many return visits and 3yrs later here I am again. 12' f-350 Paying for extensive work done by level 1 customz I feel I have been mistreated /misled or sabotaged you decide. Don’t bother taking your truck here if you just want it repaired, they will diagnose and try to upsell you and when you refuse the unnecessary work they will not do anything. Complete waste of time. Techs were polite though.
I have been searching for a diesel repair shop for years with no success. They either dont return your call, do terrible work, or dont care about what they are actually working on. Chris and ALL the guys at level 1 went above and beyond with taking care of me and my work truck..... so much so that I decided to do alittle custom work too. My truck is my office and my advertizing and i need it to be relieable and look good.
