I was driving out of state and had an emergency that required my truck to be towed into Levalley GMC. Service manager Ralf took control of the emergency and brought in resources to get me back on the road in an expedient time frame. Thank you Ralf! Great job!

Been buying cars and trucks from Lavalley as well as using the service center since the early 1990's. Won't be back. Misquoted the service dollars by 50% from $1000 to $1500 as well as mis diagnosing the DEF system fault. Which they charged 149.99 for..Paid the full bill After bringing it back a couple days later for the same fault on the DEF system , paid nearly $1300 to really fix the problem. Heater in DEF tank went bad. So I asked if I could be reimbursed for the $149.99 on the first bill that was diagnosed incorrectly. ... read more
