We lived there for 3 years, and it started out great but quickly went downhill. PROS: -The maintenance staff are super nice, helpful, and very fast. -Location is very central -Units are nice enough CONS: -The office staff is constantly changing, untrained, and often times rude / unwilling to do their jobs -Lack of security and frequent break ins -Rent is raised a lot per year -Move-out fees are high, expect a cleaning fee (even though it says nothing about this on the lease).
