RecommendedIn May my brother and I bought a house, which was inspected by Bruce Thede of Leupitz Inspection Services. Bruce did a great job, with a very thorough report. However, he did miss an electrical issue that was masked by a serious water leak under the house. Great customer service, inspection was quick and on time and thorough. Noticed a lot of little things that I was able to get fixed by the seller previous to buying and made sure to give me extra information on safety hazards and details on why they’re important fixes. 2 out of 3 satisfying experiences Over the years, I used them 3 times for my home inspections when purchasing. Only once did I become aware that they had 'missed' something. Unfortunately, it was carpenter ants and the inspection was done during their 'inactive' season. 2 weeks after we moved in, it was apparent that we had a large nest somewhere in the home that was at least 3years old. I vote satisfactory because nobody can guarantee a home inspection. :-)
