Today was my first donation experience at Discovery in Quincy MA. I received a text as another appt had fallen through and they needed someone to come in ASAP. Fortunately, I had nothing going on that day and was able to head over right away. Everyone there and all of the staff were so great, and professional. Screen your patients medical history before they come in. My time was wasted & got compensated $25 for coming in. I was turned away for minor medical history issues. Better than nothing but this is something that could have been done virtually.
Amazing people that are working here! Made me feel very comfortable and at home when I came in to see if I was able to qualify for donation! Quick and timely manner, offered drinks and snacks, walked me through the whole process! Was an amazing experience. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is willing to come and donate / be compensated! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff I've gone there 3 years and always look forward to going again the front office staff simply amazing always kind and helpful
