The technicians that came out were friendly, courteous, and timely. They immediately located the problem and had fixed in a jiffy. The technicians explained in laymen’s terms the issue and the solution. Will use this company again!
My plumbing job was given to them on May 22nd, they finally get a hold of me to schedule for the 30th. Then on the 30th I had to reach out to them for them to tell me they have to dispatch it to a different company. I’ve been waiting since the 22nd, this is not ok. That’s not a dependable company. I know things happen but for me to have to reach out to them instead of them calling to explain themselves is not okay.
