True story: I don't smoke (Really!) However I was checking on plants for a place I was house sitting in DC A problem arose and they went above and beyond duty to help me solve my issue Sadly we could not resolve it together However I could not recommend them highly enough on the basis of their enthusiasm, creative solutions and due diligence. Their customer service exceeded my expectations Other stores in DC I did not have as much luck with Cheers may your enthusiasm bring you success

Big thank you to Chris n the Lets Grow DC team !! My wife Lisa n I drive down from PA every couple of weeks to purchase our grow products ..... Long story short, we had issues with grow lights purchased, got the second one home on Saturday n .... POW .... it didn't work !! A few texts to Cordell n Chris, guess what was on the front porch today ?? Yes, the new light unit !! You guys amaze use more n more each time we visit !! Thank you for all do to keep our babies warm n happy ! Happy Thanksgiving !!
