This is a very unprofessional business if you want to call it a business!On 2 separate occasions these unprofessionals had me and my twins coming to the office and it was locked AND no one called me to cancel! Piss poor customer service!!
I love this place!! Mr. Rodney and Ms. Kim are truly amazing!! My son has been receiving services here for a few months now and I have noticed a dramatic change in his speech and motor skills. The atmosphere is warm and friendly! The art on the wall of children is amazing and captivating. Plus, I absolutely loovvvveee my one on one sessions with Ms. Kim! LOL. I took my 8 year-old daughter to Let's Talk Therapy to be evaluated for her speech development, and to my surprise the Therapist said she did not need to receive speech therapy. I was shocked because understanding my daughter when she talks has been a challenge at times for a few years. When we initially had her tested by the Pediatrician at age 3, we were told she would outgrow it and her speech would improve with age.
