I went to this salon first time and served by stylist Imani.it was fine when my hair was open and styled so i didnt notice all imperfections. but as I came home after an hour my scalp started itching so badly that I have to wash my hair at night to get rid of itching and horrible pigments that look like brown cap worn on my hair.color pigment so immensely visible on my forehead.i washed my hair twice to get rid of color pigment on forehead and on my sides.i informed her about my skin sensitivity in the beginning.she did real... read more

Stylists were all very friendly. I like how the stations are spread out throughout the room and not right next to each other. Domonique did my hair. I did a drastic cut - pixie. She made sure I knew what I was doing and suggested that maybe we work up to a pixie but I told her my mind was made up. She took her time and did a great job. She covered my dye-resistant while hair. I've been to places where they weren't able to do this. I will be back.
I absolutely love going to Let's Prep Salon! You walk in and you can feel the positive atmosphere. Caitlin is an amazing hair stylist. I love how I can trust her vision, and makes me feel so great about myself. It's such a relief for me that I finally after all these years found a great salon with great technique and service. I highly recommend this salon!
My daughters hair was not done as she wished. Updo was too big. Not soft as she wished and black bobbie pins showed all over in her brown hair.
