I made a day of appt mainly looking for dermaplaning services which I've had done over the last year, every 6-8 weeks, at another spa. I filled out the new client paperwork, answering health and skin questions/concerns, and was introduced to my facialist. After expressing multiple times that I did not want the technician to go near my tattoos on my legs as I had a bad experience at another laser hair removal spot she ensured me she would not go near them (did not cover them up) but proceeding to do so anyway. Discovered my tattoo was raised and red when I got home. Don’t understand how this could happen when I asked multiple times for her to be extremely careful. *Was promised a refund if I took my review down but have not heard from anyone in days*
