A hidden gem. Gluten free bakery.Â
Such a great spot!! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We tried the iced coffee with caramel, the iced chaider, the cream cheese brownie, cinnamon roll, and the peanut butter cake. Everything was super delicious and 100% gluten free, such a treat!Â
If you ask me what the #1 coffee spot in the Lehigh Valley is, I’d tell you it’s Let’s Go Coffee Co. They check all of my boxes for a great coffee shop. They offer their own homemade syrups (with fun monthly specials!), use locally roasted beans (they have their own signature blend), and have from scratch baked goods!
