Even with me booking last minute they were able to deliver not only great customer service, but they ensured that my move was hassle free. The movers were also able to help me with placing my bed raisers. I was unsure of how to use them but they were able to solve the issue. I am very satisfied with this move! From appointment to completion, the whole process was professional and efficient. The customer service attitude was enthusiastic and patiently answered all my questions. The movers were quick, careful and thoughtful. The furniture was packed tightly and there was no bumps during the whole process. The price was also very reasonable. They are the worst company in DC, and Va, DMV area. I wouldn't recommend to know one, they damaged my Property refuse to give me my money back, I'm a Senior Citizen and they never apologize!
