Ive really been hoping I would not have to write a review like this but I have been given no other alternative. I moved on April 11th. The move was long and the guys were pleasant so no complaints. However, the customer service that I received before vs after is night and day. I was called the day before the move by Parsa. He reminded me that they are insured and if there are any damages to let him know. We moved into a brand new house and there were some damages to the wall as well as some of our furniture. We decided to use Let's Get Moving Aurora just to pack up our fragile items in our kitchen and dining room. Our logic was that they were 'experts' and using them would safe-guard our most precious belongings. Unfortunately, it seems that they 3 men they sent were movers but not Packers. I had provided packing boxes, packing material, tape, etc. I can not explain what a terrible job they did, and we did not realize it until our container made it out to the west coast and we finally unpacked the boxes. We were extremely happy with our movers! They were professional and efficient. Had us moved out and in to our new home as quickly and seamlessly as possible for a very competitive price. We will be using them again!
