This is not a robot review. DO NOT USE their services—they STEAL your items. I lost a total of $700 worth of items, and they BLOCKED me from calling, texting, and everything else. DO NOT USE.
They’re bad, I was surprised. They broke items in my home while moving like picture frames and my ring doorbell. After the move I had a bunch of glasses that were broken and my TV! I called customer service 3 times this week including emailing. They answer and say they’ll call back and don’t respond to emails. In the end the move took 3.5 hours and I was charged $866.
Ive really been hoping I would not have to write a review like this but I have been given no other alternative. I moved on April 11th. The move was long and the guys were pleasant so no complaints. However, the customer service that I received before vs after is night and day. I was called the day before the move by Parsa. We decided to use Let's Get Moving Aurora just to pack up our fragile items in our kitchen and dining room. Our logic was that they were 'experts' and using them would safe-guard our most precious belongings. Unfortunately, it seems that they 3 men they sent were movers but not Packers. I had provided packing boxes, packing material, tape, etc. I can not explain what a terrible job they did, and we did not realize it until our container made it out to the west coast and we finally unpacked the boxes.
