Stay away! These people just buy cars and resell them. Took my car there twice for a oil leak and not starting, for repairs that were never fixed. Instead of them fixing it they told to me to drive it and they would scam warranty to fix it. Even if these cars are used, there should be some kind of standard on fixing them. I mean I wasn't complaining about the car having complete bald tires. In my case kinda of hard to drive it if I can't put gas in it because it wont start after you put gas in it. At first glance lets drive seems like a great place. Friendly salesmen and mechanic, they seem very helpful. However once they make a sale, they start calling you and anyone elses number they have on file to claim you never gave them a down payment for the car you purchased (who would sign papers and let you leave the lot without it) then they say they're going to report the car stolen.. I called early today. I believe the mechanics name I spoke to was Fred. He said the owner comes in today at 1:00. I arrived around 3:30 and the business is closed!! I drove 60 miles to a CLOSED dealership. The sign on the door says they are open until 6:00. Their parking lot is chained shut. You lost a SALE today. I was prepared to buy today! Plus, you call the business number NO ONE answers and there’s no way to leave a message on their line.
Amazing establishment with an amazing staff willing to put in the work to get you the best deal!
