Jon is the type of guy that you want on your side when buying a house. He's incredibly patient, never any pressure whatsoever, will give solid advice or his honest opinion whenever asked, and has a lot of experience with buying, selling, and even building. He will go at any pace you desire, but when you want to move fast he will be right there with you. He goes above and beyond to help you find the right property for you, and provides very helpful advice regarding renovations, no matter how big or small. We used him as our realtor and found the perfect house. A year later we refinanced and used Jon for that as well. With both, typically very complicated experiences, Jon helped us along the entire way, making the process as painless as possible. I will never use another realtor and could not recommend him more highly.
