Dalen sold me my new Tiguan VW that was a demo model, so great deal! My husband also drives one which has been a great suv. She went above and beyond, she was quick to get back to me when my husband and I wrote about the vehicle I was interested in. She answered all my questions, made sure I knew how to work things and checked in the next day to make sure I was happy with my new purchase or if I had any more questions.
