Lethbridge Volkswagen This is the second time that I have had to give a very bad review of Lethbridge Volkswagen for not honouring their warranty. I heard a strange noise coming from the back of my 2024 VW Taos. I took it to the Lethbridge Volkswagen service department. They told me, before looking at my vehicle, that if they found nothing wrong that I had to pay for the labour required to check. I called into after having a run in with a deer. I had some questions about value as if felt that my insurance was low with their offer to me. I was connected to Dalen who went above and beyond to help me. She helped me with my claim and followed up with me to make sure my vehicle hunt was going well! If I didn’t have such strict criteria on what I wanted I would have loved to support her! Thank Dalen for being so helpful!
